A good coated-glove RFQ does not need a huge technical document at the beginning. It needs enough structure that the supplier can identify the right construction and then fill the missing factory parameters.
What to include in the RFQ
Start with coating material, finish, coverage, liner/gauge if known, sizes, quantity, packing, target market and any performance standard. Add a reference photo whenever the construction is easier to show than describe.

- Size range and target quantity
- Logo and packing requirement
- Required test standard, if applicable
When supplier offers use different wording or include different services, compare them with the coated work glove quotation checklist before approving price, sample scope, packing and documentation.
